ASUS Eee Note EA-800 is coming to Taiwan later this week
ASUS has announced that its product, ASUS Eee Note EA-800 will be available in Taiwan this week. This device is a note-taking ereader, which runs a Linux-based operating system.
This gadget is provided by some features, such as WiFi, a 2 megapixel camera, 4GB of ROM, a 3700mAh battery, a 3.5mm earphone jack, a micro USB port, a microSD card slot and a built-in microphone. The battery supports this 8-inch tablet to work until 13.5 hours of uninterrupted use. In addition, this 8-inch tablet has 1024x768 resolution display and doesn't display color, however it is supported by a pretty accurate touch pen. For those who are interested in this ASUS Eee Note EA-800 can get it at $230.
Hong Kong will be the next potential market, followed by Germany, Italy and Russia at the end of 2010 or at the start of 2011. Whereas the US and China in Q1 of 2011.
